김철민 목사는 필그림 커뮤니티 교회의 담임 목사이다. 비교와 경쟁의 사회에서 더 뛰어난 자, 더 높은 자임을 증명함을 통해 자신의 정체성을 형성하고 유지하려고 분투하는 우리의 삶을 바라보면서, 김 목사는 서로의 다름과 은사를 기뻐하고 서로를 낫게 여겨줄 뿐 아니라 서로의 연약함을 사랑으로 감당하고 대신 짐을 져주는 진정한 공동체적 교회를 꿈꾸었다. 필그림교회 목회는 이러한 비전을 추구하는 목회자의 도전과 실천이다.
Rev. Stephen Kim is the senior pastor of Pilgrim Community Church. In a society where one must prove one’s worth through countless comparisons and competitions, he dreamt of a true church that not only accept each other’s differences joyfully, but embraces one another’s frailties with love. The ministry is one of the ways the pastor step towards that vision.

오은석 목사는 토론토 대학교 낙스 칼리지를 졸업하고, 캐나다 장로교에서 목사 안수를 받았다. 그는 다음 세대에게 하나님의 나라를 선포하며, 그 비전을 함께 꿈꾸고 경험하는 사역에 관심을 가지고 있다.
Rev. Eunsuk Oh graduated from Knox College at the University of Toronto and was ordained in the Presbyterian Church in Canada. He is passionate about proclaiming God’s kingdom to the next generation and engaging in ministry that dreams and experiences that vision together.
장지수 전도사는 현재 틴데일에서 신학대학원 과정을 밟고 있다. 교회사역과 동시에 Jane and Finch 지역을 섬기는 비영리단체에서 일하고 있으며 교회가 지역공동체의 일부로써 더욱 가까운 곳에서 하나님의 사랑을 전하는 것에 관심을 갖고 있다.
Jeesu is pursuing his M.Div. Degree at Tyndale Seminary while working for a non-profit in the Jane and Finch community in the GTA. He is passionate about the church serving the broader community as the body of Christ.

전준범 목사는 장로회 신학대학원을 졸업하였고 대한 예수교 장로회(통합)에서 목사안수를 받았다. 현재 필그림 교회 협동목사이며, 기독교 영성을 공부하였고 영성지도자로 사역하고 있다.
Rev. Joon Bum Chun graduated from Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary(M.Div) and was ordained under the Presbyterian Church of Korea. He is currently the cooperating pastor of Pilgrim Community Church. He has studied Christian Spirituality and is a spiritual director.
