PilCom Ministries
“Pilcom”은 “Pilgrim Community”의 줄임말로 필그림 교회의 사역 소그룹을 지칭하는 용어입니다. 필그림 성도들은 마음 깊은 곳에서의 기쁨과 세상의 절실한 요구가 만나는 지점이 각자의 부르심의 자리라고 믿고 하나님의 부르심을 발견하고 따라가며 살길 원합니다. 동일한 부르심을 느끼는 사람들이 모여져서 필컴소그룹을 이루게 되고 함께 하나님의 나라의 일을 섬깁니다. 현재는 8개의 필컴 사역이 필그림교회에서 진행되고 있습니다.
“Pilcom” is an abbreviation for “Pilgrim Community,” and it refers to ministry small groups in the Pilgrim Church. We believe that our calling is found at the intersection of our deepest joy and the needs of the world. We strive to discover our individual calling and live it out. People who sense a similar calling can form Pilcom small groups and serve the Kingdom together. Currently, there are eight Pilcom ministries being carried out at Pilgrim Church.
T.O.Gather
지역 청소년들에게 친구와 멘토가 되어주고 그들의 삶의 울타리를 넓힐 수 있게 지원하고 함께 하는 사역입니다. A ministry that befriends and mentors local youth and supports them to expand the boundaries of their lives.
Love Family
지역 한인교민들의 정신건강 및 건강한 가정을 세우기 위한 사역입니다. A ministry to build mental health and healthy families for local Korean Canadians.
With Us
토론토 한인사회안에 고통받는 분들을 여성회(KCWA)와 협력하거나 혹은 자체적으로 섬기는 사역입니다. This ministry serves those who are suffering in the Korean community in Toronto, either in partnership with KCWA or on its own.
지역사회에 소외된 한인 노인들을 찾아가 음식을 나누고 대화를 통해 정서적으로 위로하는 사역입니다. It is a ministry that visits Korean elderly people who are marginalized in the community and provides emotional comfort through food and conversation.
Joy
토론토 지역의 야지디 민족과 같은 소수민족과 친구가 되고 그들안에 교회가 세워지도록 돕는 사역입니다. 도미니카 공화국의 아이티 난민을 섬기는 선교사역도 병행합니다. This ministry befriends ethnic minorities, such as the Yazidis in the Toronto area, and helps plant churches among them. We also serve Haitian refugees in the Dominican Republic.

노숙자들에게 식사를 대접하고 친구가 되어주는 도신선교사역입니다. This ministry serves meals and befriends the homeless.
Lumina
노래, 연주, 드라마, 워십 댄스, 수화 찬양 등의 공연을 통해 외부사역을 지원하고 하나님의 사랑을 전하는 사역입니다. It is a ministry that supports external ministries and shares God’s love through performances such as singing, playing, drama, worship dance, and sign language praise.

정신건강의 문제로 고통받는 사람들을 섬기는 사역입니다. 사람들 안에 정신건강에 대한 이해도를 높이고 도움이 필요한 사람들을 지원하는 사역입니다. A ministry that serves people struggling with mental health issues. It is a ministry that helps people understand mental health and supports those in need.
